We reached out to Osvaldo explaining the huge mixup and how sorry we were. He was SO kind and allowed us to reschedule!! We couldn’t believe his generosity!!

The whole session was wonderful. Osvaldo is so genuine and easy going. It really helped my husband and I enjoy the whole experience and feel relaxed.

The photographs we received were of the highest excellence. Osvaldo also arranged for a gondola at the Rialto Bridge (yes, they are always there, but one was waiting for us before opening hours), and he snapped fantastic shots during the ride.
