I live here. In July I start your session at sunrise, when St Mark’s is empty and the light is already right. In November I schedule a later start, with winter light and the occasional morning mist. You get the city, not the queue.

Photography sessions in Venice range from €350 to €900 depending on duration, locations and session type. Couple sessions start at €350 (1 hour, 40 edited photos); longer sessions are €450-650 including editing and online gallery delivery. Proposal packages start at €450.
How do we secure our date?
You pay 100% upfront by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer and your date is instantly confirmed. It’s fully refundable up to 24 hours before the session.
What happens if it rains?
If it rains a little, it can be beautiful in photos! In case of heavy rain, we’ll reschedule if possible.
What’s the best time for a Venice photoshoot?
Early morning provides the best light and fewer crowds. I recommend avoiding midday for harsh shadows, and I factor weather and seasonal crowd patterns into the schedule I suggest.
What locations are included in Venice photography sessions?
Popular locations include St. Mark’s Square, Doge’s Palace, Bridge of Sighs, quiet canals in Dorsoduro, and hidden gems in Castello. I choose the route with you based on your style, the time of day, and crowd conditions, and I know every corner of it.
Do I need permits for photography in Venice?
For personal sessions in public areas, I take care of the rules. However, certain locations like St. Mark’s Square interior or private venues may have restrictions. I handle all location research and make sure everything complies with local regulations.
How quickly will I receive my photos?
Preview photos within 48 hours, and the full edited high-resolution gallery in 5 business days (weekends and holidays excluded) via private online link — a little longer from May to September. At Carnival there is no preview and the gallery arrives in 7 business days: it’s the busiest time of the year, and I’d rather promise a date I can keep. Express delivery of the entire gallery in 24 hours is available as an extra.
Do you offer photography during Venice Carnival?
Yes — Venice Carnival sessions are available at the same prices as the rest of the year. Advance booking required due to high demand. Carnival sessions start at €350 for a one-hour session.
