Classic sessions: 40 edited photos for 1 hour, 60 for 90 minutes, 80 for 2 hours. Proposal sessions: 50 / 70 / 100 for the same durations. Every photo you receive is fully edited. Full-day and elopement coverage is tailored.

It’s not just more walking. A longer session means more variety — different squares, canals and backdrops — and a more relaxed pace, with time to let moments happen instead of rushing a list. You also receive more photos: classic sessions include 40 / 60 / 80 edited images for 1 hour, 90 minutes and 2 hours (€350 / €450 / €650); proposal sessions include 50 / 70 / 100 (€450 / €650 / €900).

Sunrise. You get soft light, empty squares and calm canals—perfect for St. Mark’s, the Doge’s Palace area and the Rialto Bridge.

Personal sessions (couples, engagement, family, proposals) don’t require permits. Commercial/advertising shoots or large crews may need city permits—ask in advance.

Yes, we can add a 30 minute gondola segment mid-route. The standard fee (€90/30 min, €110 after 7 PM — set by the city) is paid directly to the gondolier.

Usually not — gondolas work in rotation from their station (the stazio), so you normally board the next gondola in line. At some stazi you can reserve a specific gondola in advance, sometimes at an extra cost — ask when booking.

Light rain and wind can be beautiful on camera. In case of heavy rain or exceptional aqua alta, we pause for coffee or reschedule depending on availability. A transparent umbrella often turns rain into some of the most atmospheric photos of the session.

Tell me where you’re staying when you book: I’ll choose a meeting point that’s easy to reach from your hotel — usually a well-known landmark or a vaporetto stop — and send you simple directions. Venice is smaller than it looks: almost everything is a short walk or a vaporetto ride away.

Yes — and it works beautifully. I design the route door-to-door: we start where the light is best and finish right at the restaurant where you have your reservation, so the evening flows without backtracking across the city.

Yes. It’s an experience I call Dawn to Dusk, born from a client’s request: one part of the session at sunrise, when the squares are empty, and one at sunset, in the evening light. Ask me about it when booking and we’ll build the day around it.

Absolutely. I propose scenic, discreet spots and coordinate timing and cues so the moment is captured naturally and without stress.

Everything is planned before you arrive: the exact spot, the timing, and where I’ll be. On the day I’m already in position, looking like any other photographer working in Venice. You share your Live Location with me on WhatsApp, so I follow your approach in real time and I’m ready the moment you kneel — your partner finds out I exist only after the yes.

Yes, that’s exactly how I work. The proposal itself is photographed from a distance, documentary-style, without interfering: you won’t notice me, and nothing is staged. If you’d like a few portraits afterwards, we keep them light and natural — and if you truly hate posing, we can skip them entirely.

I keep my role clear: I’m your photographer, not an event agency, so I don’t book florists, restaurants or private terraces on your behalf. What I can do is collect your bouquet before the session and have it ready at the exact moment it’s needed — a small thing, but for a surprise it matters.

No — I’m the visual director of the moment, not a prop supplier. If a sign or another prop is part of your vision, bring it with you and I’ll build it into the photographs.

Because you’re not paying for minutes — you’re paying for direction. A surprise proposal takes scouting, precise timing, secret coordination with you, and a photographer who cannot miss the moment. That’s why proposal sessions start at €450 while a classic couple session starts at €350.

Yes. I adapt the route and pace for little ones to keep the experience relaxed and fun.

Of course. The session is yours — we can dedicate part of it to solo portraits alongside the couple or family photos. Tell me what you have in mind and I’ll shape the route and timing around it.

Via a private online gallery with high-resolution downloads. The gallery stays live for 3–6 months depending on the package. Need everything faster? Express 24-hour delivery of the full gallery is available as an extra.

Only if you want them to be. If you prefer full privacy, just say so: your photos will never appear on my social media or website, and your gallery stays private. Many of my clients choose exactly that, and it is always respected.

Yes — I travel to the Dolomites, Lake Como, Florence, the Amalfi Coast, Rome and other Italian destinations upon request.
I also work as a private personal travel photographer, following travelers throughout their tours in Italy.
International destinations are possible as well — in recent years I have photographed in Provence, the French Riviera, the United Arab Emirates, and Spain.

Natural, elegant retouching is included (colour, light, skin, distraction cleanup). Heavy or body-modifying retouching isn’t standard but can be quoted on request.

No — this is one of my few firm rules. Editing is half of the photograph: RAW and unedited files are unfinished work, and I only deliver images that meet the standard you hired me for. Every photo you receive is fully edited.

Yes. Your gallery is hosted on Pic-Time: if you fall in love with more images than your package includes, you can upgrade directly from the gallery and download the extra photos.

Secure your date via the Book Now page. Payment is 100% in advance — by card (secure checkout) or bank transfer — and fully refundable up to 24 hours before the session.

Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. Within 24 hours, the session fee is non-refundable.

Yes, across Venice and Italy. Options include two-photographer coverage, full-day storytelling and bespoke albums.

I speak English and Italian. A local assistant/translator can be arranged for other languages on request.
